To register for a class, you can download a registration form, fill it out and drop it off or mail it in to our office at 305 West Elizabeth, Stockbridge, MI 49285, or fill it out and send via fax to 517-851-8334 or email at CommEd@panthernet.net. Registration Information
We’re glad you’re enrolling in one of our classes! Registration begins immediately. We encourage early registration so that we may better serve YOU by not canceling classes unnecessarily. All registrants should plan to attend the first class as scheduled in the brochure. Notification will be given to those who have registered if a class is canceled.

HOW TO REGISTER

	IN PERSON: Stockbridge Community Education is located in the Middle School, 305 W. Elizabeth St. Hours are 7:45 a.m.- 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. A payment box is available when the office is closed. ONLINE: Go to the registration section and fill out our registration form and send it online. Payment must be received within 5 days of registration. New! Electronic Payment available. See instructions in the Registration & Info and click on Registration Forms.
	BY PHONE OR FAX: Register by calling 517-851-8222 or sending a fax to 517-851-8334. Payment must be received within 5 days or you will lose your place in the class.
	BY MAIL: Complete the registration form (and parental form for sports) and mail with payment to Stockbridge Community Education, 305 W. Elizabeth Street, Stockbridge, MI 49285. Make checks payable to Stockbridge Community Education.

REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be made if a class is canceled because of insufficient enrollment. If a refund is made at your request a $3 processing fee may be withheld.

BAD WEATHER
If Stockbridge Community Schools are closed or students are released early due to severe weather, all enrichment and recreation classes will be canceled. If school has not been canceled all activities will go on as scheduled, unless the instructor has made other arrangements.

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Please go to your class the first night. You will be contacted ONLY in the event of a time change, date change or class cancellation. Please call if you have questions or concerns, 517-851-8222.
